In Search of the Miraculous: Capability—KPIT Technologies.

This is in continuation of our earlier post on picking companies with great capabilities. I just love this company and it was advised earlier also in this blog (Click here). Off late bought a good quantity of this one around 110-120 and it has been advised regularly to email group. Amid all the "Hulla gulla" about the high growth of electric vehicles in the "FUTURE"....this company is actually doing electric vehicle business at PRESENT. Its EV Buses are running at parliament, MOU for 100 buses for PUNE smart city, Ludhiana is also under way. It has secured more than 20…

In Search of the Miraculous: Capability…………………….. Stocks Covered: Prime focus, TTK Healthcare, ABFRL, United Breweries, GHCL, Schneider Electric

Ritual is not spiritual. Salvation is dear and rituals are available so easily. God is never by Rituals; Rituals just represent something very significant. Rituals can’t accomplish anything but they are for the reverence of the accomplishment, the God. Rituals are nothing in itself; path to salvation never runs through rituals but at the feet of the master…the Almighty. We don’t need to follow the rituals for God but we just need to find the right path to God and rituals will uncover their hidden meanings. Like why Fire (agni) is used for worshipping the God? It is not that…

Kiran Vyapar Ltd: Huge Potential

Kiran Vyapar: Bought this small company few days back at 110. The same was shared via email to email subscriber group of this blog. It is already trading at 140. It is LN Bangur group company with around 600 cr of Equity/Mutual funds and 300 cr of group investments but with no debt and market cap is just around 300 cr...Dividend yield 2.4%. But my main trigger is not above...it has something much valuable hidden in it...and that is 40% share in Agro warehousing business (Navjyoti Commodity Management services ltd). Its warehouses are WDRA approved and hence they can issue…

Quick Heal Technologies Ltd: Don’t loose the Faith So Quick-2nd Part

In my recent post on quick Heal technologies (click here), I opined that Indian Government would prefer India made cyber security products as the same would ensure that source code and servers remain in our control. Most importantly, Govt can control and direct Indian companies but our Govt will have minimum operating leverage over foreign companies. This is one area where the scope for negligence is minimum as the results of any breach will be catastrophic. So I have always felt that for critical infrastructure and defense, Indian Govt should prefer local products if they meet the required standards. And…

Quick Heal Technologies Ltd: Don’t loose the Faith So Quick

Quick heal is facing tough times ever since it has made its debut in the stock market. There are doubts over its capability to withstand the competition from MNC brands. But I am still positive on the company and its inherent strength to offer high tech security solutions catering to the demands and needs of Indian market. I know so many people who think that Woodland shoe is an MNC brand and it certainly impacts their buying decision. So many people take Van Heusen as a foreign brand when in fact it belongs to our Aditya Birla group. People doubt…

Jain Irrigation Ltd: Invest in Flood

As shared from time to time, I see this year to be the start of something big in Indian agriculture especially Supply chain side (Click here for earlier post). I feel we need to solve our agriculture mess first of all in order to start a real meaningful growth. We are wasting too much of resources to achieve little in our agro efforts…wasting 150000 lac cr of products…precious water…pollution is unaffordable and will wreak havoc one day. If we can see then too much money is also wasted by our govt in feel good efforts like useless subsidies, free power…

Updates on Zydus Wellness Ltd: Well Well Well !!!

Zydus wellness was earlier advised at 770 (Click here for earlier study). I am regularly sharing the updates on it via emails and it is one of my favorite and I am seeing it making it big…may be in this year itself. I am done with my buying and invested more around 800-830 in last 2-3 months. Zydus wellness is doing most of the things right now. Earlier people's perception about "Sugar free" was some sort of Diabetic supplement...some sort of medicinal or pharma thing attached to it. But then Zydus changed the packaging (Looks more like an FMCG product…

Economic and Stock Market Growth: More a Reflection than Correction

A small correction in the market and time is for Doomsday analysts…they are here all the time. Almost all of a sudden everybody is shouting for a big correction in the Indian market. Nobody knows the basis of their calls most of the times and but some of these Doomsayers are expecting a big crash for long time (I remember Marc faber). But as we all know even a broken clock is right twice in a day. Crashes are imminent in stock market. They are an inbuilt part of the system. Economies and stock markets are like liquids…they can take…

ERIS Lifesciences IPO: A Quick Take

I just missed this IPO and didn't do any study at all. But my friend Piyush reminded me about this today due to its complete focus on indian market and superior balance sheet. Mr. Naman has done some digging for important points (shared in the comment section) and it looks like a good investment opportunity. As i always feel India is going to be big market in the future for pharma along with Africa and middle east. Eris is debt free having around 300 cr current investments. Capacity utilization is low at 55% so the future growth will provide high…

Results Update: Info Edge India Ltd, Parag Milk Foods, Narayana Healthcare, Healthcare Global, Max India Ltd:

Info Edge India Ltd: Info edge is my all-time favorite from E-commerce sector (click here for earlier study). It has never resorted to predatory discount offerings to have a transitory feel good factor and in the process destroying the long term survival and growth in the process. In spite of general slow down in the economy, it is continuously giving improved performance quarter by quarter. So this quarter was not an exception. Topline is 208 cr vs 193 cr however operating profits have shown even better at 58 cr vs 40 cr. NP is not comparable due to taxation impact…
